Rhapsody on the Green

This was an interesting gig.  It was our first "big" gig in Elkhart, so we saw a lot of new faces out there.  Also, this is the first time we followed a marching band, although they were seated this night.  And it was one of the very few times we played for a sober audience, as liquor was not permitted.  (That's right, Charlie.  Not even beer!) Hence, we were sober too.  As I said, an interesting gig.  But the food was great, the crowd was responsive, and we did have a few of our regular fans out there for support.  With the exception of Hardy, who was diagnosed with pneumonia and should have been in the hospital, we all had a great time.

Thanks to Elkhart and their festival people, Bud Light, and Mike Hardy for making this one a success.  Here's what it looked like...

Hello Elkhart! An intimate setting... A sober Charlie Rymers.
Hardy on the brink of collapse. Larry asking me if I got a free bowl of soup with that shirt. Jr. workin'.
A well behaved crowd. JT. Looks like our core demographic has aged.
A bird's eye view. Death warmed over. It's the Sax Man!  Run, children, run!
